Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

Carrot (gazar) chopped ¼ cup
Cauliflower (gobhi) chopped ¼ cup
Beans (phaliya) chopped ¼ cup
Tomato (tamater) chopped ½ cup
Low fat Butter 1 tea spoon
Oats 1 table spoon
Garlic (lahsan) paste ¼ tea spoon
Milk (doodh) ¼ cup
White Pepper Powder 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Sugar (chini) ½ table spoon
Water 8 cup
Coriander leaves(finely chopped) ½ tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Soak Oat in milk and leave it aside for 10 minutes
  2. Heat butter in a pan. Add r garlic paste and stir it.
  3. Add vegetables, salt, sugar, water and let it boil.
  4. When the vegetables are cooked, add pepper powder and mash the vegetables.
  5. Mix Oats with milk and add to the soup. Reduce the flame.
  6. Add coriander leaves to the soup.
  7. Remove from the flame after it boils for a few minutes
