Hariyali Prawns

Ingrediants

Prawns 500 grams
Fresh Lemon Juice (nimboo ka ras) 2-3 table spoon
Garlic (Lahsun) crushed 1 table spoon
Green chillies (hari mirch) 7-8
Vinegar (sirka) 1 table spoon
Curd (dahi) 2-3 table spoon
Hot spices (garam masala) ¼ tea spoon
Black Pepper (kali mirch) powder ½ tea spoon
Salt (namak) to taste
Mustard oil (sarso ka tel) 2 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Devein, clean and wash prawns. Drain water and keep them aside.
  2. Make a paste of garlic and green chillies.
  3. Combine this paste with yogurt, hot spices, pepper powder, salt, and the mustard oil.
  4. Mix all the ingredients well.
  5. Spread them over prawns. Let it marinate for about 5- 6 hours.
  6. Now grill it in Tandoor and sprinkle fresh lemon juice before serving.
  7. You can grease it with mustard oil in between twice or thrice.
  8. Serve “Haryali prawns” as a starter.
