Grilled Garlic Pomfret Recipe

Ingredients

Grilled Garlic Pomfret Recipe

Pomfret , whole 4 pieces
lemon juice (nimboo ka ras ) 3 table spoons
Green chilies (hari mirch) 4-5
Garlic cloves (lahsan) 10
Black Pepper(kali mirch)powder 1 tea spoon
Red chili (lal mirch) powder ½ tea spoon
Turmeric (haldi  powder) powder ½ tea spoon
Salt (namak) to taste
Vinegar(sirka) 2 table spoon
Mustard oil (sarso ka tel) 3-4 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash Pomfret, add some turmeric powder and salt and keep it aside.
  2. Take garlic and green chilies together in a motor and pestle and finely crush them.
  3. Now in this mixture add lemon juice, red chilies power, turmeric powder, salt and black pepper, mix it well.
  4. Pour the mixture over the Pomfret and mix it well.
  5. Keep it for marination in refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
  6. Take the Pomfret with marinade in an oven tray. Brush it with mustard oil.
  7. Grill Pomfret in tandoor or microwave occasionally brushing it with mustard oil
