Prawn Kabab

Ingredients
Prawns 10
Curd (dahi) 1 cup
Cream (malai) 3-4 table spoon
Gram flour (besan) 2-3 table spoon
White pepper (safed mirch) 1 tea spoon
Black pepper (kali mirch) 1 tea spoon
Hot spices (garam masala) ½ tea spoon
Red chilli flakes (kuti lal mirch) 1 tea spoon
Garlic (lahsan) paste 2 table spoon
Salt to taste
Lemon juice (nimboo ka ras) 3 -4 table spoon
Butter 2 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Clean and de-vein the prawns.
  2. Blend the curd and cream properly.
  3. Add garlic paste, gram flour, white pepper, red chilli flakes, black pepper, and salt and hot spices to the cream- curd mixture
  4. Mix it well with prawns and keep it marinated in fridge.
  5. Keep the prawns in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  6. Put prawns in an oven and tandoor it for 20 minutes.
  7. Once the prawns turn golden brown, put butter over it and sprinkle lemon juice.f
  8. Oven them for 2-3 minutes to enhance the flavor.
  9. "Prawn Kebab" is ready to serve.
