|Roasted Semolina(suji)||½ cup|
|Ghee||1 table spoon|
|Dry fruits||3-4 table spoon|
- 1. In a bowl mix water and sugar and micro it for 5 minutes (100%).
- 2. In another bowl heat ghee for 30 seconds. Add semolina and cook it for 1 minute.
- 3. Mix the sugar syrup to semolina and mix it well. Microwave covered for 5 minutes (100%).
- 4. Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Garnish with dry fruits.
