|Low fat milk (doodh)||1 cup|
|Milk powder of low fat milk||2 table spoon|
|sugar supplement (cheeeni)||2 table spoon|
|Cardamom (elaichi) powder||¼ tea spoon|
|Clarified butter (ghee)||¼ tea spoon|
- 1. Wash and peel one cucumber, grate it and squeeze out water.
- 2. Boil cucumber with milk for 15 minutes or till milk dries completely.
- 3. Heat 1 tea spoon of clarified butter and add cucumber and sauté for 5 minutes.
- 4. Add cardamoms, milk powder and sugar supplement and keep on stirring. Cook it for 2-3 minutes and when it is done, remove it from flame and garnish it with raisins.
