Ingredients |

Cabbage (band gobhi), finely sliced | 2 cups |
Onion (payaz), chopped | 5-6 table spoons |
Ginger (adrakh), chopped | 1 tea spoon |
Garlic (lahsan), chopped | 1 tea spoon |
Green chillies, chopped | 2 table spoon |
Coconut (nariyel) grated | 5-6 table spoons |
Salt (namak) | to taste |
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion till they become pink in colour.
- Now add the ginger, garlic, green chillies and stir it for a minute.
- Then add cabbage and adjust salt.
- Cook it covered over low flame for 7-8 minutes or till done.
- Keep stirring in between and if required add little water.
- Now add grated coconut cook it for1 or 2 minutes and put the flame off.
- Serve cabbage curry with rice and vegetable of your choice.
