Ingredients |

| Dried Mackerels (or any other dried fish) | 250 grams |
| Water | 2 cups |
| Onion (payaz), chopped | 1 cup |
| Garlic (lahsan), crushed | 2 table spoons |
| Green chillies (hari mirch), chopped | 2 table spoons |
| Eggs (anda) | 1 |
| Egg (anda), beaten | 1 |
| Potatoes (aalo) | 500 grams |
| Black Pepper (kali mirch) | 1 tea spoon |
| Salt (namak) | To taste |
| Rice flour (chawal ka aata) | 4-5 table spoons |
| Vegetable oil | For frying |
Instructions
- Soak fish overnight in water.
- Next day, boil the fish in same water for 15 minutes.
- Remove all the bones after draining the fish and mince the fish.
- Now mix all the ingredients together except the beaten egg, rice flour and oil.
- Now make small balls with the dough, and dip into beaten egg.
- Then dust them with rice flour.
- Heat oil on medium flame and deep fry the balls.
- Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
