Ingredients |

Fish (macchli) washed & sliced | 500 gm |
Coriander leaves, (hara dhaniya) chopped | 1 cup |
Tomatoes (tamatar) finely chopped | 2 |
Garlic cloves (Lahsan ke ) | 8-10 pieces |
Green chillies (hari mirch) chopped | 2 |
Fenugreek seed (methi dane) | ½ tea spoon |
Coriander (dhaniya) powder | 1 tea spoon |
Turmeric Powder (haldi) | ½ tea spoon |
Salt (namak) | to taste |
Mustard Oil ( sarso tel) | 1 tea spoon |
Instructions
- Marinate fish in salt and turmeric powder for 15 minutes.
- Brush it with ¼ tea spoon of oil.
- Cook fish in microwave at 100% power for 3-4 minutes.
- Now grill fish on grill mode for 4-5 minute and keep aside.
- Grind coriander leaves, garlic and green chillies in a blender.
- Heat oil in a separate pan, and add fenugreek seeds and let it cook for 30 seconds.
- Now add prepared paste in pan and cook it for some times.
- Add tomatoes, turmeric and coriander powder and fry till oil begins to float on top.
- Add about 1 cup water. Bring gravy to a boil.
- Add grilled fish slices and cook this for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve fish curry hot with boiled rice.
