Baked Vegetables with white sauce

Ingredient

Peas ½ cup
Cauliflower 100 gm
Beans 50 gm
Carrot 50 gm
Onion  chopped 1
Green chilies 2 tea spoon
Butter 1 tea spoon
Mushroom sliced ½ cup
Salt & pepper to taste
White sauce 1 cup
For garnishing
Breadcrumbs 1 table spoon
Grated cheese ½ cup
For White sauce
Milk 1 cup
Butter 1tbsp
Maida 1tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop all vegetables.
  2. Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl and add onion garlic and green chilli and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add vegetables, cover it and cook it for 6-8 minutes at 80% power.
  4. Add white sauce salt and pepper and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven at 200 C.
  6. Put vegetables in a baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs and cheese and bake it for 5- 7 minutes.

White sauce

  • 1. Heat butter and add flour in it. Slowly add milk to prevent lumps. Cook it for 5 minutes add salt and pepper.
