| White bread slices | 8 slices |
| Sesame seeds toasted(til) | 1/2 cup |
| Potatoes, boiled and mashed (aalo) | 2 medium |
| White pepper (safed mirch) | 1/2 tea spoon |
| Green capsicum (shimla)chopped | 2-3 table spoon |
| Onion chopped (pyaaz) | 2 table spoon |
| Garlic crushed(lahsan) | 1 tea spoon |
| Green chillies chopped(hari Mirch) | 1 tea spoon |
| Fresh coriander leaves chopped (hara dhania) | 1 table spoon |
| Butter (makhhan) | 1 table spoon |
| Soya sauce | 1 tea spoon |
| Corn flour | 1 tea spoon |
Instructions
- Cut the bread slices into roundels.
- Take mashed potatoes in a bowl. Add green capsicum, onion, garlic, green chillies, coriander leaves, white pepper powder, soya sauce and salt and mix well.
- Spread the mixture on each bread roundel generously. Sprinkle some sesame seeds over the potato mixture and press gently.
- Lightly roll in corn flour. Brush it with little butter.
- Set oven at 200 C (pre heated) and place gold coins on grill rack. Bake it for 12 -15 minutes.
- Serve it with chutney of your choice.
