Sukhi Gobhi in microwave

Ingredient

Cauliflower(phool gobhi) 1 big
Onion paste(pyaaz) 1
Tomato (tamater) paste 2
Garlic ginger (lahsan- adrakh)paste 1 table spoon
Green chilli(hari mirch) chopped 1 tea spoon
Hot spices (garam masala ) ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder(haldi) ½ tea spoon
Cumin seeds(jeera) 1 tea spoon
Refined Oil 2 tea spoon
Salt and pepper to taste
Coriander leaves (hara dhania) 2 table spoon

Method

  • 1. Wash and cut cauliflower into small pieces.
  • 2. In a bowl heat oil for 30 seconds (100%).
  • 3. Add cumin seeds, salt, turmeric powder and onion, garlic-ginger pastes, green chillies and micro it for 5 minutes (100%). Stir in between.
  • 4. Add cauliflower and micro it covered for 10 minutes at 60% power. Check it and if required again micro it for 3-4 minutes or till it softens.
  • 5. Add hot spices and coriander leaves and serve it hot.
