Ingredients |

| Carrot (gazar) chopped | ¼ cup |
| Cauliflower (gobhi) chopped | ¼ cup |
| Beans (phaliya) chopped | ¼ cup |
| Tomato (tamater) chopped | ½ cup |
| Low fat Butter | 1 tea spoon |
| Oats | 1 table spoon |
| Garlic (lahsan) paste | ¼ tea spoon |
| Milk (doodh) | ¼ cup |
| White Pepper Powder | 1 tea spoon |
| Salt | to taste |
| Sugar (chini) | ½ table spoon |
| Water | 8 cup |
| Coriander leaves(finely chopped) | ½ tea spoon |
Instructions
- Soak Oat in milk and leave it aside for 10 minutes
- Heat butter in a pan. Add r garlic paste and stir it.
- Add vegetables, salt, sugar, water and let it boil.
- When the vegetables are cooked, add pepper powder and mash the vegetables.
- Mix Oats with milk and add to the soup. Reduce the flame.
- Add coriander leaves to the soup.
- Remove from the flame after it boils for a few minutes
