Breadcrumbs

Maida

Instructions
Wash and chop all vegetables.
Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl and add onion garlic and green chilli and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Add vegetables, cover it and cook it for 6-8 minutes at 80% power.
Add white sauce salt and pepper and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Preheat oven at 200 C.
Put vegetables in a baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs and cheese and bake it for 5- 7 minutes.
White sauce 1. Heat butter and add flour in it. Slowly add milk to prevent lumps. Cook it for 5 minutes add salt and pepper.
