Low Calorie Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

Strawberries, frozen or fresh, 1 and 1/2  cup thawed
Blueberries, frozen or fresh, 1 cup thawed
Skim milk(doodh) 1/3 cup
Fruit curd 1 cup

Method

  • 1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2. Serves up to 3 or 4 in tall glasses
  • 3. Serve cold with ice cubes.
