Hariyali Chicken

Ingredient

Chicken pieces 4
coriander leaaves (hara dhaniya) 1 bunch
lemon juice (nimboo ras) 2 tea spoon
Garlic (lahsan) paste 1 table spoon
Ginger( adrakh) paste 1 tea spoon
Green chilli (hari mirch) paste 1 tea spoon
Curd (dahi) 1 table spoon
Vinegar (sirka) 2 table spoon
Hot spices (garam masala) 1 table spoon
Pepper(kali Mirch) 1 tea spoon
Salt (namak) 4 table spoon
Mustard oil (Sarso ka tel) 1 table spoon
For garnishing:
Lemon wedges (nimbu) 1 tea spoon
Onion  rings(pyaaz) 2 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Make 3-4 cuts in each chicken quarter using a knife.
  2. Combine lemon juice. Rub it into the incisions.
  3. Make a smooth paste of coriander leaves, garlic, ginger and green chilli.
  4. Combine the paste to yogurt, hot spices, pepper, salt, and the mustard oil.
  5. Mix all the ingredients well.
  6. Spread them over chicken pieces. Let it marinate for about 8-10 hours.
  7. Microwave it at 70% for 10 minutes or till the chicken is half cooked (turn it once or twice).
  8. Now, grill it for 8-9 minutes. Again turn the chicken and grill it for further 5-6 minutes.
  9. Garnish it with lemon and onion and serve hot.
