Sesame Gold Coins

Ingredient

White bread slices  8 slices
Sesame seeds toasted(til) 1/2 cup
 Potatoes, boiled and mashed (aalo)  2 medium
 White pepper (safed mirch)
1/2 tea spoon
Green capsicum (shimla)chopped 2-3 table spoon
Onion  chopped (pyaaz) 2 table spoon
Garlic crushed(lahsan) 1 tea spoon
Green chillies chopped(hari Mirch) 1 tea spoon
Fresh coriander leaves chopped (hara dhania) 1 table spoon
Butter (makhhan) 1 table spoon
Soya sauce 1 tea spoon
Corn flour 1 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread slices into roundels.
  2. Take mashed potatoes in a bowl. Add green capsicum, onion, garlic, green chillies, coriander leaves, white pepper powder, soya sauce and salt and mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture on each bread roundel generously. Sprinkle some sesame seeds over the potato mixture and press gently.
  4. Lightly roll in corn flour. Brush it with little butter.
  5. Set oven at 200 C (pre heated) and place gold coins on grill rack. Bake it for 12 -15 minutes.
  6. Serve it with chutney of your choice.
